At With Love By Neelam, every piece is handcrafted in small quantities, carefully checked and packed before it leaves our studio.
Because our jewelry is handcrafted rather than mass-produced, each piece may have subtle variations in color, bead tone, texture, placement or alignment. These natural variations are a part of the handcrafted character of WLBN and should not be considered defects.
We source our materials with care and conduct a quality check before dispatch. However, many of our materials—including glass and porcelain beads—are delicate and should be handled and cared for accordingly.
We recommend reviewing this policy before placing your order.
ORDER ASSURANCE
Every WLBN piece goes through a quality check before dispatch and is carefully packed for delivery.
As our jewelery is handcrafted in limited quantities, and many pieces are one-of-a-kind, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, exchanges or cancellations after an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so that we can review and assist you under our Order Assurance Policy.
A NOTE ABOUT UNBOXING
For your protection, we strongly recommend recording one continuous, unedited and uncut video while opening your parcel, starting before the package is opened.
An unboxing video helps us verify any damage, tampering, missing items or incorrect products and allows us to resolve genuine delivery issues more efficiently.
HANDCRAFTED MEANS UNIQUE
Every WLBN piece is individually handcrafted.
Slight variations in:
Color
Bead tone
Texture
Placement
Alignment
Finish
may naturally occur.
These variations are a characteristic of handmade jewelery and are not considered defects.
The product you receive may therefore have subtle differences from photographs due to its handcrafted nature, lighting and screen settings.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom-made pieces are individually created and personalized specifically for you.
Because these pieces are made exclusively against your requirements:
Custom orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
A 40% advance payment is required to begin a custom order.
The advance payment is non-refundable once production has commenced.
Any custom-order concern relating to damage, defect or an incorrect item will be reviewed separately under our Order Assurance Policy.
STORE CREDIT
For Verified Damage, Defect or Incorrect Items Only
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we may offer Store Credit after verification.
Store Credit is considered only when all applicable requirements below are met.
Store Credit may be considered when:
The item has been received in a damaged or defective condition, or an incorrect item has been delivered.
The issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear, continuous and unedited unboxing video is provided, beginning before the package is opened.
The product is returned to us when requested for physical inspection.
The returned product is received in the condition in which the issue was reported and passes our verification process.
Once the product has been received and the issue has been verified, Store Credit may be issued for the product value only.
Original shipping charges are not included.
Return shipping, where required under this policy, is borne by the customer.
STORE CREDIT WILL NOT APPLY TO
Store Credit will not be provided for:
Change of mind or personal preference.
A color, style or design that you no longer like.
A product that does not suit you or your outfit.
Complaints raised after 24 hours of delivery.
Missing or incomplete unboxing documentation where required for verification.
Products that have not been returned when requested for inspection.
Damage caused after delivery through wear, mishandling, misuse, water exposure or improper care.
Normal wear and tear.
Natural variations associated with handcrafted jewelery.
Minor variations in color, bead tone, texture, placement or alignment that are characteristic of handmade production.
Products received in good condition without a verified defect.
IMPORTANT
No Change-of-Mind Returns
Because WLBN pieces are handcrafted in limited quantities, change-of-mind returns and exchanges are not accepted.
No Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed.
Store Credit
Where Store Credit is approved, it:
Is issued for the product value only.
Does not include shipping charges.
Is non-refundable.
Is non-transferable.
Can be used toward a future purchase from With Love By Neelam.
Product Care
Handcrafted jewelry requires appropriate care. Damage resulting from improper handling, excessive moisture, chemicals, perfume, wear, storage or misuse is not considered a manufacturing defect.
